The production of complex, unique products requires the cooperation of many different parties. If a disruption occurs in a subprocess, it affects parallel or subsequent work processes and delays the overall process. The digital assistance system for collaborative work presented in this thesis offers situation-specific information provision for workers and enables informative disruption reports to be created with just a few clicks. Stakeholders in relevant construction areas are automatically notified and site managers can clearly manage, prioritize, and troubleshoot the disruptions. The system greatly increases transparency in the overall process context and con-tributes to reducing lead times.
