This handout describes a procedure for work process analysis as it was used in the Diginet.Air project. The aim of the analysis is to identify and describe the need for qualifiaction in small and medium-sized companies in the context of digital structural change as quickly and comprehensibly as possible. Embedded in the context of the project, the results of the analysis are used for company-specific, but also transferable training modules.
