The goal of productivity management in companies is to improve production, and hence productivity. Due to the numerous influencing factors on productivity, improvement measures do not always succeed in achieving the hoped-for effect. This dissertation describes a method- and data-based productivity management, supporting companies to develop, select and implement improvement measures tailored to the specific needs of their production.
