The main objective of the project is to create a critical mass of experts in the MENA-Region towards enhanced and integrated waste management solutions for a sustainable circular economy application, through establishing a network between German and MENA universities. The project will ensure the provision of qualified staff that is trained and capable of making decisions for increased investment in the sector, and thus the development of the communities hosting these investments or projects. Moreover, the development will create a new job market and job opportunities for the different categories of employees in the society.
