The first prototype is of 25 mm size, whereby further miniaturization to 5 mm will be achieved by designing and fabricating an application specific integrated circuit (ASIC). Particle position will be measured by a magnetic particle tracking setup, which is for the first time adapted to a fluidized bed spray granulation process.74
