Item type:Publication, Access status: with files , European Test Symposium Teams: an anniversary snapshot(IEEE, 2025) ;Jenihhin, M. ;Raik, J. ;Jutman, A. ;Cherezova, N.Ubar, R.The IEEE European Test Symposium (ETS) has been facilitating progress in electronic systems testing since its launch in 1996. On the occasion of its 30th anniversary, this collaborative paper gathers sections by 21 ETS teams to outline their influential ideas and milestones. Each team's section highlights historical perspective, current research, frameworks and projects as well as forward-looking research agendas in the area of electronic-based circuits and systems testing, reliability, safety, security and validation. This anniversary summary documents how research of various ETS teams, exemplifying the test community, has been evolving and transitioning from concepts to practical standards and Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools and flows. This legacy is a strong base to drive the next generation of advances in electronic systems testing.Publicationtype: Conference Paper22 15 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Item type:Publication, Access status: without files , Experimental demonstration of nanoCARS: coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering in mesoporous silica aerogels infiltrated with condensed- and gas-phase Raman-active materials(Wiley, 2005-02-15); ; ; ; Coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (CARS) is shown to allow the reliable detection of Raman-active modes of gas-phase molecular nitrogen, and also toluene molecules in the condensed and gas phases infiltrated into mesoporous silica aerogels. We experimentally demonstrate a nanoscale extension of CARS methodology, referred to as nanoCARS, adapting CARS for local probing of nanostructures and nanocomposite materials, and also for the sensing of Raman-active species in the liquid and gas phases in a nanocomposite host.Publicationtype: Journal Article18 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Access status: without files , Nonlinear-optical spectral interferometry of nanostructures using coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering(Turpion Ltd., 2005-01-01); ; ; ; The spectrum of coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (CARS) from Raman-active vibrations of gas-phase nitrogen molecules in a mesoporous silica aerogel host is experimentally studied. The CARS spectral profile under these conditions is a result of interference of the resonant part of nonlinear susceptibility, originating from nitrogen molecules in aerogel pores, and the nonresonant contribution, related to the mesoporous host. Raman-active modes of gas-phase molecular nitrogen give rise to intense resonances in the CARS spectrum, serving as reference spectral profiles for probing local parameters of a nanocomposite material (nanoCARS).Publicationtype: Journal Article24 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Access status: without files , Nonlinear optical spectral interferometry of nanostructures by coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering(IOP Publishing, 2004-11-01); ; ; ; We experimentally study the spectrum of coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (CARS) from Raman-active vibrations of gas-phase nitrogen molecules in a mesoporous silica aerogel host. The CARS spectral profile under these conditions is controlled by the interference of the resonant part of the nonlinear-optical susceptibility, related to nitrogen molecules in the pores of aerogel, and the nonresonant contribution, provided by the mesoporous host. Raman-active vibrations of gas-phase molecular nitrogen give rise to intense resonances in CARS spectra. These spectral profiles can serve as a local probe for measuring effective-medium parameters of nanocomposite materials (nanoCARS).Publicationtype: Journal Article27 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Access status: without files , Gas- and condensed-phase sensing by coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering in a mesoporous silica aerogel host(Elsevier, 2004-07-17); ; ; ; We demonstrate efficient coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering from Raman-active modes of toluene molecules in solution and gas-phase nitrogen molecules infiltrated into mesoporous silica aerogels. Due to their high porosity, high transparency in the visible, and weak scattering, silica aerogels are shown to provide an ideal host for Raman-active gases and liquids, detected and analyzed by coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering, allowing the creation of gas- and condensed-phase sensors of chemical and biological species, including sensors of pollutants and aerosols.Publicationtype: Journal Article14
