Dataset on Hydrogel Particles Under Uniaxial Compression: Experiments and Tetrapod-Based DEM Modeling
    (2026-05-12)
This data repository provides experimental datasets for biopolymer-based hydrogel particles under uniaxial compression, including monotonic and cyclic loading as well as stress-relaxation tests across multiple compression rates. It also includes the corresponding tetrapod-based discrete element method (DEM) simulations, along with simulation outputs and calibrated parameters, enabling direct experiment–simulation comparison. This upload contains all information required to reproduce the experimental analysis and DEM simulations reported in the related paper (DOI: ???). The accompanying README describes the file structure and documents the research context, methods, and measured variables in detail.

Numerical Methods for the Maxey-Riley-Gatignol Equations
    (2026-04-08)
First release of a trajectory generation framework for training universal differential equations (UDEs) to approximate the Basset (history) force in the Maxey–Riley–Gatignol equations. This repository provides trajectory generation based on the full Maxey–Riley–Gatignol equations for two types of fluid fields: a synthetic vortex field and an experimental field derived from interpolated measurement data. The interpolation routines are included as part of the codebase. The implementation is available in both Python and Julia. This repository contains the software accompanying the preprint: Sommer, Rathi, Götschel, Ruprecht, “Approximation of the Basset force in the Maxey–Riley–Gatignol equations via universal differential equations”, preprint, tba.

Data for "Millimeter-Scale Lagrangian Sensor Spheres for Local State Monitoring in SMART Reactors: Towards Energy-Autonomous Operation"
This dataset contains the underlying measurement data and Python-based analysis scripts supporting the publication “Millimeter-Scale Lagrangian Sensor Spheres for Local State Monitoring in SMART Reactors: Towards Energy-Autonomous Operation”. It includes raw and intermediate data for selected quantitative evaluations, such as power consumption, transmission behavior, energy harvesting, and trajectory-related analysis. The dataset is intended to support traceability and practical reuse of the reported evaluation workflows. Manuscript text and final publication graphics are not the primary subject of this dataset release and should be consulted in the associated journal publication.

GAMS code for: Reactor network synthesis of enzymatic cascades using superstructure optimization
This repository contains the GAMS optimization scripts and include files used to implement a nonlinear programming (NLP) framework for superstructure-based reactor network synthesis. The framework handles flexible network configurations combining Continuous Stirred-Tank Reactors (CSTR) and tubular Cross-Flow Reactors (CFR) without relying on binary or integer choices. The implementation includes scripts for framework validation via the classical Van de Vusse reaction network and application to a multi-enzyme cascade following the oxidative Weimberg pathway.
