Against the backdrop of applications that have so far been limited in scope but are becoming increasingly widespread, it presents specific examples from construction technology and wood technology, as well as from colour technology, interior design and surface technology. Lernende erwerben Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Fragetechniken, der strukturierten Gesprächsführung und der Erhebung unterschiedlicher Perspektiven. Insbesondere problemzentrierte Interviews ermöglichen es, vorhandenes Wissen mit neuen Informationen zu verknüpfen und berufliche Kommunikationssituationen systematisch zu reflektieren. The interview is an established instrument of empirical social research and can also be used as a method in vocational education and training to foster communicative and methodological competences. Learners develop skills in questioning techniques, structured communication, and the exploration of different perspectives. Als Ausbildungs- und Unterrichtsverfahren ermöglicht es Lernenden, Beratungs- und Verkaufsgespräche praxisnah zu erproben, Kundenbedürfnisse zu erfassen, fachliche Inhalte adressatengerecht zu vermitteln und auf Einwände angemessen zu reagieren. Durch die Simulation beruflicher Gesprächssituationen werden zugleich Selbstbewusstsein, Kundenorientierung und kommunikative Handlungskompetenz gefördert. Customer consultation is a central element of professional practice, particularly in commercial and skilled-trade occupations, and requires both subject-specific expertise and strong communication skills. As a method in vocational education and training, it enables learners to practise consultation and sales situations, identify customer needs, communicate technical information appropriately, and respond effectively to objections. Aus transdisziplinärer Perspektive werden arbeitspsychologische und berufswissenschaftliche Ansätze zusammengeführt, um Fehler nicht nur zu identifizieren, sondern insbesondere als Lernanlässe zu diskutieren. Ziel ist es, eine reflektierte Auseinandersetzung mit den Folgen beruflichen Handelns zu fördern und dadurch Impulse für ein verantwortungsbewusstes Lernen aus Fehlern in der Baupraxis zu geben. This article examines action-related errors in the construction sector as a central yet largely overlooked cause of structural defects. Adopting a transdisciplinary perspective, it brings together insights from occupational psychology and vocational education research to not only identify errors but, more importantly, to discuss them as opportunities for learning. Sie wird als systematisches Vorgehen zur Erfassung, Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung von Entwurfs- und Produktmerkmalen verstanden, das analytische und kreative Prozesse miteinander verknüpft. Anhand eines strukturierten Artikulationsschemas werden die Zielsetzungen, Verlaufsphasen und didaktischen Anforderungen des Verfahrens beschrieben. Abschließend wird aufgezeigt, wie Designanalysen zur Entwicklung gestalterischer Urteilskompetenz beitragen und Lernende befähigen, Designentscheidungen reflektiert zu begründen und in handlungsorientierten Lernsituationen weiterzuführen. This article presents design analysis as a design-oriented instructional approach in vocational education and training. Design analysis is understood as a systematic method for examining, evaluating, and further developing design and product characteristics, integrating analytical and creative processes. Using a structured instructional framework, the article outlines the objectives, phases, and didactic requirements of the approach. Design is understood as a learning process that integrates aspects of form, colour, and function in technical products. Using a structured instructional framework, key phases, objectives, and requirements of the design task are described. Item type:Publication, Access status: with files , Handlungsfehler und bauberufliches Lernen(2025-03-18)Im Bauwesen können Fehler zur Entstehung von Bauschäden führen, die mit erheblichen Kosten verbunden sind. Während Bauschäden bislang vorrangig aus ingenieur- und arbeitswissenschaftlicher Perspektive analysiert wurden, fehlt eine umfassende arbeitspsychologische und berufswissenschaftliche Betrachtung, die das handelnde Individuum in den Mittelpunkt rückt. Ausgehend von der Annahme, dass typische berufliche Handlungsfehler strukturell mit Bauschäden verknüpft sind, wird in diesem Beitrag ein erster Ansatz zur Analyse sowie zur Klassifikation solcher Fehler präsentiert. Auf Grundlage etablierter handlungspsychologischer Theorien und Modelle werden Überlegungen zu einem beruflichen Fehlermodell vorgestellt, das menschliche Fehlhandlungen kontextabhängig systematisiert. Die Analyse von Handlungsfehlern erscheint vielversprechend, um ein vertieftes Verständnis für die Ursachen von Bauschäden zu gewinnen und darauf aufbauend Implikationen für die berufliche Bildung abzuleiten. Die berufsdidaktische Relevanz typischer Fehler stellt ein bislang wenig erschlossenes, jedoch potenziell gewinnbringendes Feld dar, das zur Weiterentwicklung beruflicher Curricula beitragen kann.Publicationtype: Conference Presentation50 61
